How are events calculated?

Pipebird consumption is based on events. Events are only counted when a row is updated or inserted in a warehouse from your product during a calendar month.

Why is Pipebird built around self-hosting?

Data from your product is sensitive and you must remain compliant while sharing it. Pipebird is designed around self-hosting to ensure that you never have to worry about a third-party seeing customer data.

Can I run Pipebird for free?

The open source version of Pipebird is completely free, however, it does not include some important product features and isn't as easily scaled as our paid plans.
